i have high bilirubin its 4.8 its only suppost to be only 0.3 or someting anyway the reason i have it to much cuz i use to drink to much achole but i gave that up just 2week ago but i want to bring my high bilirubin back down somebody told me caffeine is good for that but i wanna here from you guys is it or not or someting als thank you

I have a slightly high bilirubin also and I looked it up. I was told not to drink or take Tylenol but they place I looked it up says caffeine can lower it. Other things that lower it are barbiturates, penicillin, and high-dose salicylates.

Visit a nutrition shop. Alpha lipoic acid and milk thistle herb help heal the liver. Ask the people in the vitamin department.
