I have worked in Logistics most of my adult life, shipping, receiving, forklift driver, and truck driver. At age 44, I don't want to be on the road anymore, and am too old to work in a warehouse. So I'm back in school, and plan to have an Associates Degree in about a year, emphasis on English, and I will have Spanish 1, 2 and 3 by then, so I hope to be (almost) fluent. Do you think I can get a decent job with this? Or will I get nothing without a Bachelor's?

With your past experience and an Associates to boot, you shouldn't have a problem finding something that is more suited to you. A Bachelor's isn't necessary unless you plan on continuing your education, or the place that you work for has positions where a Bachelor's is required to move up. Any experience and school is better than none. I don't see you having a problem getting a job at all. Good luck, and take care!

I would suggest a Bachelor's degree program for better job openings.

Chances is whether you take a degree or not will not make any difference. You would already miss your peak. My advice is to pick up other skills like internet marketing.

You don't need to have a PHD to succeed and it is an even playing field.
