I had my Mirena removed Thursday and I started my cycle Sunday and am still going..It really is not possible to get prego that soon however if you have always had a regular 28day cycle then you can get pregnant next week starting the 18th and ending the 21st so if you want to get prego NOW I would say after you stop bleeding have sex every other day until the end of the month. I would also have sex with the male on top..put a pillow under your hips and stay lying there for at least 20mins after sex that way it give the sperm time to get to the cervix. Sperm lives in the body for up to 72hrs. Hope that helps.

Probably not, but it is possible. Implantation bleeding can (but not always)occur 2-3 days after fertilization

Not likely at all. But if you have chills, fever, pain, discharge, or further unusual bleeding, you should check with your doctor ASAP. At least call and describe symptoms ask whether you should come in.

highly unlikely and it would be too soon for any signs if you were. bleeding is normal when you stop using birth control
