1992 Walked round on a broken leg for 24 hours before going to casualty (closed spiral fracture right fibula). The 2 ends of the bone rubbed against each other & I would really see stars & start to pass out/grey out from the pain.
1980 Accidentally burned the skin off the palm of my hand with a blowtorch.
1965 By comparison, I sliced my thigh open, to the bone, when I was 3 years old & that was comparatively painless.
1994-2006 cummulative back pain is probably more than I've had from any one other injury.

This is going to sound extremley vulgar but you asked!! My fiance was trying to be freaky and while he had me bent over he tried putting it in a different hole, and instead of him slowly doing so he sort of forced his way and so my natural reaction was to turn and fall on my back well some how I fell off the bed and hit my *** on the corner of our bed-side table!!! I just screamed and told him never to touch me again, of course I didn't mean that but I was so pissed!! I believe that was the worst PHYSICAL Pain I've ever felt besides giving birth!

When I was a teen, we thought it would be fun for two of us to get in a little sled and slide down a hill and go over a jump. (well, a big mound of icy snow). Well I got scared halfway down and closed my eyes...next thing I know we were airborne and I came crashing down on the hard packed ice right on my tail-bone! I couldn't walk! They had to drag me home on a tube. I couldn't walk right for a week or so. It was the worst pain I have ever felt. Even worse than when I mangled my ankle in a car accident this spring.

I used to ride BMX bikes for a while, tricks and whatnot.
I once tried for a "nosetap tailwhip" on a concrete ledge. My brakes weren't great so they gave out. The first thing to hit the ledge was my ribs. Then my elbow. After I hit, I started sweating bullets, and I almost passed out. After a while I was alrite, nothing was broken but my ribs hurt and my elbow was the size of a grapefruit.
That and an abscess tooth hitting the nerve sucks too.

stomach surgery is the worst of all pains I can think of. I have had 3 stomach surgeries and 1 birth by surgery to the stomach. It takes forever to get those muscles to grow back together and every breath you take is painful, and if you cough or sneeze....OMG!

I had my wisdom teeth pulled out when I was 13...they hadn't even started growing in yet, but my ortho decided they better come out...and three were impacted so I couldn't eat for over a week, and pain meds made me sick (too young for Vicodin), I had two black eyes, and I bled constantly for two days.

OK, this really isn't giving birth, but the FORTY STITCHES I had to endure when I was ripped from giving birth to a 9lb 5oz. boy would be my choice. Root canal comes close.

Falling off my horse and almost braking my back. I don't even want to remember what that was like and some of that pain will never go away.
