This is a very Guy question. Women's sexuality is not the same as men's sexuality (but men just don't understand that). Also, as you can see from the responses you've already gotten, women are not all identical to each other.
You've given two "man-think" choices, and so are missing an opportunity to understand women better.
For me, the question is "does he turn me on"? If he can get me sexually excited, then I want it to last.
But not, as so many men seem to believe, for him to "go at it" as though he were demolishing a freeway, but to keep making it all feel good. This is where women differ the most, as some have sensitive breasts, others not so much, as just one example.
But the main trick is in the foreplay. Do things that turn the woman on -- NOT things that would turn men on, or things that turn some women on, but what turns on the woman you are with.

Lasting power. BEACAUSE,if the penis is small then they would have enough time and power to make up for the lost of the size, but if they have a big penis but can't last, what's the point. U know! With a small penis i find it that they try harder anyway and the sex aint that bad, because now that they're smaller then most they try to prove a point, so in some cases they will make it work.

I think penis size..............lasting power doesn't feel so good after a while.
