I have seen a lot of cheap accesories in Forever 21 and Gadzooks, you can also try Marshalls they have recently came up with accesories. You can try these stores they are way cheaper that Claire's and all of those stores. Oh by the way I dont know where you live but here in Houston they have these boutiques that have tones of accesories for really really cheap prices.
GOOD LUCK!

H&M is the cheapest out there. Honestly, they make claire's prices look expensive. You can seriously get bracelets for $4 (USD) and necklaces for $8 (USD) or even less. Plus, they're really nice. They have the latest trends and you can never find an item that's tacky. About 95% of my jewellery collection is from H&M. Forever21 is good too cuz you can get rings for about $3 (USD). Check out their websites at www.hm.com (doesn't have much jewellery, but the clothes are nice to look at) and www.forever21.com

Also, check out vintage shops, garage sales, and places like Value Village (they call it Savers in the US I think) cuz they have original pieces for cheap. Also check online or even go to Michaels to get the beads to make it on your own. My friend does that and they're absolutely beautiful.

Good luck!

i feel your pain as a fellow poor college student. my absolute favorite store is forever 21, where they have cheap jewelry (around $5), purses, hair stuff, shoes, ect. plus they have adorable clothes that arent expensive at all. a cute top is usually $10-$20. that is where i do pretty much all my shopping at now that im poor. charrlotte russe and wet seal are pretty similar, and i stop there to see what theyve got too.

Fashion Bug always has jewelry at low prices. They are almost always marked down 50% off or have a buy one get one free special. There is almost always a clearance wall full of great buys too!! And it all flows with what's in too!

Target has some nice jewelry. I've found a lot of knock-off things there that looked like something from Urban Outfitters.

Go to clothing stores, not in the mall, like fashion bug, dots. Oh, Claires, which is in the mall, has cute accesories for a small pocket.

Look and see if you have a Plato's Closet in your area, it's like a thrift store but they only accept good quality stuff and it's really inexpensive. Wal-Mart and Target are also good bets.

H&M is a fabulous choice if you live where there is one. Ebay is also really good. Inspired Silver has designer knock offs at affordable prices.
