How do I retrieve mail that has been deleated?

depending on your email service and client, you could check the "trash" or "deleted items" folder...if your mail is not there anymore, then it's gone for good

when you delete your emails they go to trash folder look there if you have not empty it yet and you can get the email back. if the trash folder has been empty then you are out of luck it will be gone.

Check your recycle bin.
