I've bought a boots from ebay, and I've waited for it more than one month. The seller told me she shipped it on 30 Aug from USPS, and she also gave me the custom number. she told me i have to pay the customs fees to get my boots. But I'm a internation student in th UK, so i don't know what can i do right now and where i can pay the customs fees. Does anyone have the same experience like me?? If yes, please tell me what and how to do next...thanks a lot!!

YES! I ordered a musical instrument from Australia and have to pay UPS £60 in customs fees. I am sooo angry as the thing only cost £180 originally. A third extra as tax! This is like a kind of robbery.
Perhaps as an international student you MAY be able to claim some of the tax back from HM Customs if you are lucky! Here is the link:

if you know the company that handles the import of the item, you should contact them to get the form you need to fillout.
