The Minutemen and I know in SLeepy Hollow New York they are called the Headless Horsemen. Most however, will end in an s because more then one athlete plays on the team. Think of it, it is the New York Giants, not the New York Giant. Or the Denver Broncos, not the Denver Bronco.
