missing menu bar and rest of bars?

when im opening my internet explorer, im getting only address bar and the rest of the bars are missing? how can i overcome with this prob

Press F-11. That should fix it.

Try right clicking on the bar and adding check marks next to the ones you want. you can also grab the bar with your cursor and stretch it out and give it more room

Right mouse on tool bar and select which ones you want.

maybe the website is having a maintenance now
