Ozzy Osbourne`s Diary of a Madman concert in 1982. Had an old castle background set up . He sat in a thrown chair at the top of the stair case and the lights went out and came back on a few seconds later and he was gone. Then he came out of the staircase sitting on the drum set with a big cross in his hand!! Did about an hour of songs and then a midget was running around on stage and this man wearing a mask came out and hung the midget over the audience. Ozzy did 2 more songs and left and came back for his encore and the staircase opened up and Ozzy came out over the audience in a big arm and hand holding a cross!! Great Show!! Best I`ve ever seen!!!

Any Carlos Santana concert...particularly the one in Concord, California with Ottmar Liebert opening...unbelievable - a very talented UNSELFISH guitar player allowing his percussion section to do their thing....

Maxwell. 1997 He was good, but what made it the best is- I won the tickets on the radio, and I ended up with: 6 front row tickets! 2 in Atlanta (they flew out round trip, including hotel), and 4 back in Chicago.
When I say front row, I mean they put chair IN FRONT of the chairs nailed down in the theaters!
I haven't had seats that good since

Although I'm a performer, and I have played in front of audiences consisting of 5,000-10,000 people....i have only been to 2 concerts in my life.(shame on me). They were Jay-Z & D'angelo. And both of them had excellent shows.
