There are a few ways to kill Wolverine...
1. Suffocate him.
2. Rogue can keep her hands on him and suck the life out of him.
3. Get Wolverine next to Leech and his powers become disabled, then you can kill him anyway you'd like.
4. Green Lantern could toss him into the sun.

I would imagine a huge shock to his brain would kill him instantly. As such here is a list of things he should avoid:
1- tom cruise movies
2- titanic
3- american idol
4- waterworld
5- any mel gibson movie
6- pictures of roseanne bhar naked
7- barbra streisand's nose
8- professor x's dentures
9- country music
10- anything by elvis (I've heard cats ****, and sound better than that).

You could tear up the comic that he's in.
You could fall deeply in love with him and then break his heart, He wouldn't be able to go on.
You could sign him up for teh Dharma initiative and I'm sure they could find some things to do him in, and possible just make that big magnet of theirs suck him in and tear him in half.

If you decimate his physical body COMPLETELY, you might kill him, but (depending on the writer's take on it) if there's much left, eventually he could regenerate...conceivably...

You can kill him by drowning him, dismembering him, incinerating him to smoldering ash, or starving or dying from thirst or having Rogue touch him too long.

u can cut his head of or (recommended only if u are magneto) u can pull out his adamandium skeleton so that his body is cut in small pieces !!!! or u can pull out his heart !!!
i think that s enough !!! u have to be very silent and efficient ( or magneto) to achieve those
