Really? I had a penpal in Canada for years and postage was just one regular stamp.

Address your letter and take it to the Post Office. They will charge you the correct postage. Not much.

put 2 - 39 cent stamps on it. thats all. no need to make a trip to the post office.

Depends where you are mailing FROM - USA? UK? Does it need to be flown into Canada? ..... check with your post office.
