I think the Red Sox would give up both Papelbons for A-Rod.

I know A-Rod isn't the most popular guy in New York right now, but I'm not sure he's the only reason they lost that series.

I'm not sure about including the vendor in the deal, though, especially if he has intangibles that help sell more Cracker Jack.

No thanks pitching goes a lot further than hitting as you could see with the dilema the Red Sox blew with 7 starters in spring training. Don't get me wrong world love to see A-Rod in a Red Sox uniform but I would never give up a proven prospect with that much potential on the mound.

Wouldn't that be ironic, especially with the yankees having johnny demon (lol).

I think the yankees should throw in george steinbrenner for good measure!
