First of all you need to breathe deeply and relax. Second it's all right to be overwhelmed by such a task. Your baby is very important to you and giving your child the best party is your goal as a mom. Honestly you already have half of the list figured out. You basically need the following:
1. Invitations
2. Cake
3. food
4. party decorations
5. party favors
6. game prizes
7. theme and game ideas
8. tables and chairs
9. game supply (like a pinata)
10. A band or a DJ for the party music (or you can play something on your CD which you know your guests will like)
11. entertainers (like clowns, comedians, magicians, dancers, etc)
12. After Party planning (for cleaning up)

All you need for a great party is beer. Serve it to all the adults and they will remember your party as the greatest. Kids might not have much fun but who cares.
