I hope it's printed on acid-free paper because if it isn't, there isn't much you can do to preserve it. Even framing it won't stop it from crumbling in 25-30 years, just like a cheap paperback book. If you do frame it, be sure to frame it with acid-free matting.

I know you would probably love to frame it and hang it up, but the light can fade it away - unless you are a doctor or similar profession that would display them in their workplace, keep it in a cool dry place inside a padded envelope, and when you need it for the future, like a job interview, it will still look all nice and shiny.

Don't laminate it as it can be discredited. Keep it in a dark, safe, cool place. And avoid any fired :)
