One of my cats has an obsession with his litter box. Even though he shares the box (and several others) with two other cats, he feels the need to get in the box and scoop out all of the poop out of the box and on to the ground, and then he sits in the box for hours on end - as though he's guarding it.

My black lab and my cat wrestle together for hours at a time, which is always fun to watch. Trouble is the cat, who's older than the dog, grows tired eventually and will try to get away.

One day the cat was trying to get away from the dog by running into my bedroom and jumping on my bed. The dog started to leap up onto the bed in hot pursuit only to remember -- midair -- that he's not allowed up on the bed. So he stopped short and just sat there on the floor by the bed, salivating over the cat.

The cat -- in grand cat style -- laid down on the bed, gently flipping his tail back and forth and taunting the poor dog. The dog whined for a moment, then quickly "craned" his neck, grabbed the cats tail between his jaws and swung the poor unsuspecting cat off the bed and high through the air! Knowing that the cat was, once again, "fair game" the dog once again began pursuing the cat. Up until that point, I really didn't think the dog was very bright...I've since reconsidered that.

I have a puppy Scottie Terrior and she sits and tries to bite her tail, but when she catches it she always topples over backwards. Also, she does the cutest head cock, like, "What are you looking at?!"

My dalmatian "talks" to me. She goes AARRRRWWOOOOOO when I am not paying attention to her. Then when I look at her she tilts her head and rolls over on her back so I will come and pet her tummy.
