Well, assuming you are human yourself, which is very likely, the hate is probably engendered by the rest of us not meeting your needs.
You need to examine what you need from others. This takes a lot of introspection. Then make a list of those needs. As long as you delude yourself about what your REAL needs or goals are in when it comes to interacting with other people, you will get nowhere with this task. But if you do it honestly, the list may surprise you.
Then you must decide whether or not these are healthy needs. Ask yourself this question. "If someone interacted with me and this need or goal was what THEYwanted to be met or accomplished by means of interacting with me, how would I feel about the whole thing? Would it be an enjoyable, positive experience for me, or something which produces anger and negativism?
It may be that your need list is a bunch of unhealthy stuff, or it may be that you have the misfortune of having a bunch of unpleasant, mean people in your life. Or it could be a combination of the two.
Changing the way you interact with others is a tough, tough proposition. If you find that you are the problem, then you indeed have some real growth issues. Growing yourself into a person free of "sick" or "unhealthy" needs, however, pays a big dividend. It's called happiness.
Good luck to you, and hang in there.

Because you have issues with yourself and you reflect your anger onto other people. There is some trigger point with you. It could be the way someone looks or acts or some small detail about them. Find a constructive way to deal with your issues. Taking them out on other people is wrong and it will come back to you. If you hate yourself because other people hate you and you suspect it's a reflection of your real self, as you show yourself to the world, that is your own fault.
It is not the same thing as being insecure, dysfunctional or justifiably angry. You want to be liked, do the work.

I'm with krnsspott on this one. Who could blame an alien being for being disgusted with humans. Our few redeeming qualities are lost in a mire of greed, and indifference.
