It's not much but I know she would (and has) nailed me hard for everything when she had the chance. It's been over a year since she was ordered to pay and I have yet to receive a penny and Zero help with anything as far as school, clothes, medical, anything.

Yes, I have full legal/physical custody but it's not like I will die without the money. It's more of the fact that she has the money for her stepdaughter and other kids but refuses to help out with our kids.

That arm of the law is available to you. IF you are a dad that really needs the help, then I would say ask the law to help. IF you don't need it and U are simply wanting to "get even" DON'T! Don't waste your time or energy. Use that on spending time with your family and moving forward in life yourself. It will be more rewarding. It would be what a gentleman would do. And if you do have to ask the law to help. Love your ex while doing it. I know. It's a t
tough order. Do it any way.

If she was ordered by a court to pay it you should. A woman would go after a man in two seconds flat if the shoe was on the other foot. You should call you lawyer and he can file a motion for contempt of court if that is was he thinks is best in this case.

In many cases such as yours, individuals are able to contact their lawyers or the court directly and let them know what is going on. Many times the courts can help out by forcing her to pay. Sometimes they are able to automatically take out the amount from the person's paycheck and give it to the other person. Document every contact you have with her. Time, Date, and topic, etc.
Also, I would encourage you to take actions. Too many times women who have to pay child support get out of paying, which isn't fair. Gender should NOT be the issue. If it was a man, he would go to jail for not supporting his family. Why shouldn't a woman if she is not supporting her family? Equal opportunity!

Absolutely, for a small fee( 50.00?) you can get the state child support services to garnish wages etc. jfor support owed.
It is not about revenge, it is about what is morally correct. and she needs to support the kids no matter what the situation with her current spouse. In some cases the step parent can have the support payments deducted from their pay if they are willing.
Good luck :) me in Idaho

YES if you know that she is spending the money on other miscellaneous things or people. But i wouldn't do it if the whole process was going to be taking up all of my free time.

Yes - she has as much a responsibility to those children as you do. Don't do it out of spite, or because she has nailed you for every little thing in the past, do it because it's what your children deserve.

Most definitely! She would and has done the same to you. If you do not need the money open a savings account for your kids and deposit the money in there.

Do it man! If the shoe was on the other foot, you would be in jail right now and not typing questions on the computer, unless computers are allowed in jail then you would be typing question from your prision cell!
