state of mind that you MUST be constantly learning something, would that help to alleviate anything negative?

No, it might distract your mind from other things for a litte while. However, if you realize you aren't learning anything you will think negatively toward yourself.

Not necessarily... you can learn negativity. And negativity can teach you something. Some of the smarter people I know who keep themselves occupied by learning new things are some of the more negative people I know.

There are problems that exist that learning isn't the cure
for, so no, it wouldn't alleviate everything.
