Well every women is different and have different signs. I didn't feel anything until I was about 2 months prego, but it was nothing that made me feel like I was pregnant. Things just didn't taste good to me, and my boobs hurt.

everyone is different but the earliest sign i noticed before i missed my period was itchy breasts and extreme tiredness
