I thought Amy Adams in "Junebug" was great and had some fun lines. Like when her husband was being a rather insufferable jerk she said "God loves you just the way you are. But He loves you too much to let you stay that way."
and then there were all the great lines that Morpheus gets to say in the MATRIX movies, for example:
Commander Lock: Dammit, Morpheus. Not everyone believes what you believe.
Morpheus: My beliefs do not require them to.
