I want to send for example color text or blinking text to Windows Hyperterminal. How?

the other answerer is wrong, you can send color and flashing text to hyperterminal. you have to send the proper "escape" codes to do it, and hyperterminal needs to be set up for ANSI terminal emulation.
for example, to send green text you send "ESC[0,32m" then your text. to change back to white you send "ESC[0m". for flashing text send "ESC[5m".
P.S. ESC is defined as 0x1B (HEX)

Can't be done. You can change the fonts displayed in the window but it has no impact on the remote side.
