I recently bought an item on Ebay from someone but unfortunately, before I was able to leave feedback, the member was banned from the site. Therefore 'My Ebay' is telling me to leave feedback for a non-existant member and I can't get rid of the request. This in turn means that 'My Ebay' is in effect jammed up. Can anyone help please?

No, it is not jammed up. It may take a bit for them to register that the member is no longer a user. You can go ahead a leave feedback if you want. Most of the time people are banned because they didn't pay there sellers fees. Or they have more negatives than positives for feedback. It might also tell you when you go to leave feedback that it can not leave it, that's alright, just wait a few days and try again.

You can leave feedback for someone up to I think its 90 days after the purchase, and it doesn't matter if they are registered or not. However, after awhile it will not allow you to leave it.

I hope this helps!
