I can't use food... :( i've thought up syrup, but as we're not aloud to use food... any ideas guys and girls!!!

Not sure if they consider Gelatin a food, I mean it is not natural and it is made in a plant in New Jersey, but Gelatin that you can get at any grocery store would work great. I once had a project like this and my teacher said if you can it eat it, it is a food. I mentioned Pica (where peope eat everything no matter what it is), he didn't like that. Otherwise, once you have everythin gin its place, you can use a whole lot of elmers glue, the white kind, it will dry clear and rubbery like.

Art stores and hobby stores carry a product which hardens into a clear, hard material....look for that

hair gel always works.. or you could fill up a couple of water balloons....
