in reply to colinhugh's answer, I don't know about France; but I've lived in China and Mexico, and they LOVE music in English, even though they don't understand it.
In answer to your question, Just hire a translator for your band!

The correct phrase would be, "Voulez-vous couchez avec moi, s'il vous plais?" Actually, this an all purpose phrase that you can use in almost any social situation in which one finds oneself. It is particularly effective with snobbish French waiters. One might say it "breaks the ice'.

if you can't say it in french, tell me how you are going to sing it in french to them at concerts???? My friends are bi-lingual and they are asked to sing in french all the time in Quebec, not English.
