Wow. If these r your measurement u have a beautiful shape. Very curvy. I think it would depend on what type of clothes u r shopping for. Im curvy too (38 bust, 34 waist, 42 hips) and i wear size 14 jeans (size 12 in sum if i want that tighter sexy fit) and in skirts i tend to be a 12. So i would put you in a 10. And in dresses u could probably fall into a 12, possibly 14 depending on the style you are wearing.

ok you should try sizes 10 12 &14. But u would probably be a forteen because of your hips. Around the waist u would be a 10. But don't worry u would have nice figure anyway :)

For a dress, you have to match your largest measurement, in your case, it's your hips. Sadly, there is no standard for sizing, but in most clothing you would be about a 12.
When you go shopping, try on a range to get the best fit, 10, 12, and 14. If it fits in the hips, but not anywhere else, you can always get it altered. It's not that expensive to have seams taken in, and it's easier too. Trying to let out fabric doesn't work in most cases, there isn't enough material in the seams to allow for extra room.

12 is my guess. You might go to a clothing catalog site like Lands End and check them against the sizes they offer.
