Ethnical? NO! Ethical? questionable. It is certainly illegal to copy anything that is protected by intellectual rights/copyright laws. imagine it is you who spent months, perhaps years, developing a piece of software or composing a piece of music. You might have given up years of your time to learn how to do this. Everytime someone copies your work, you lose out on royalties from it. Unfortunately, the larger companies have to charge such hign prices because of the high level of copying so those who choose the legal way are the ones who suffer. How unfair is that!

ethnical... it has nothing to do with race.... but uh.. no.. its not *ethical* to copy music or software... or legal

Only if you ask permission to do it first. If it is copy righted and you copy it without permission that is STEALING.
