How much sleep do you get a night? You should get 7-8 hours every night. If it's less, that would cause tiredness but at the same time if you sleep more that will also cause you to be tired all the time. Try and hold off on the naps. My guess is from those naps you don't go to bed till super late (because you're not tired come normal bed time) then get up in a few hours. You need a solid 7-8 hours not 7-8 hours throughout the day. Hope that helps you some.

It could be a number of causes, but the best thing to do is make sure you are eating properly, drinking enough water every day and getting 8 hours of sleep. Often times when you are under stress, your adrenal glands don't function properly. There are supplements at the health food store to help with that. Some B vitamins may help as well. If that doesn't work, get a blood test and get your thyroid checked. If you are hypothyroid, you can feel draggy all the time. Do you feel depressed? Sometimes that is the cause. Check all those things and I bet you will figure out what it is.
Good luck.

perhaps you can try some sort of physical activity to get your heart rate going...maybe early morning or middle day. something like running, lifting weights..something to get you moving and heart pumping. the hardest part is starting something to be part of your routine, but if you get it going, it becomes easier to maintain.
and it doesn't have to be a daily thing...doing something 4 times a week would be beneficial

Consult with a psycologist .
I think you are escaping from something , in your mind's back-ground.
There is something yu don like .
That is why you don't want to wake up.
and you never feel fresh .
Also trying to solve the problems that you try just to forget , is a good way .
Deleting the question , doesn't solve it .
And it will remain in background and disturb like this .
Good luck .

You definetely don't love what you are doing. If you love what you are doing, eg. you love what you are studying, you got extra energy to get rid off you laziness.
Because having lack of love on your activities, you got bored easily. That makes your laziness worse. So, just find anything you love and get yourself occupied on those things :)
