I think it dependes upon the average height of that area, in USA, I think +6 ft is a tall man, while in Bangla Desh and Sri Lank, China normally a 5'-6" is the height of a tall man. Again, depends upon the gender too, female are normally shorter in height, so they are assumed tall when they are about 4"-6" shorter than avarage tall men of that society. So, you can not fix a yard stick for the globe and all human.

At what height is a person considered tall? Is this what you are asking? If it is then it depends on whether the person is male or female and what their national origins are. Most American women are considered tall at 5'10 but that would be different in an aboriginal culture. American men are considered tall around 6'3.

Different for different nationalities - and even age groups. I was always considered to be quite tall in my family - I'm 5' 6" . My Dad was only about 5' 8" - but MY son is 6' 7" ---- now, that's tall ! But not if you're a pro basketball player - they're about 7' normally.

I think, taller than me. I'm 5'5', so I think I'm short. I'd say TALL for a girl, which is taller than 5'7", and for a guy 6'2" and more - is tall.
