I also received the same email, from Alma Adams. I did some research and seen that many others received the same email. Whether or not it's a scam hasn't been proven yet, but I'm leaning towards yes. For one, I don't know how they seen my resume on Monster.com, unless they are veiwing an extremely old resume since I haven't been there in a couple years. But even if they did, how did they get this email address from that resume? I just set up this new email address about 2-3 months ago and haven't been to Monster.com...

That's why I'm leaning towards scam.

yup, most likely some person trying to steal your identity.

99.9% chance it is. Delete it - don't click on anything and don't answer it.
