Um, yes. We already did it. Manned travel to the moon, unmanned travel to all the planets in the solar system, landers on Mars and Venus.

Of course you are traveling through space all the time :) But seriously it is possible of course. Depending on where you want to go. To reach the edge of the universe it could take infinite time if the universe is actually infinite which we do not know yet. But inter galactic space travel will be possible one day.

I think that something is traveling through the space between your ears at this very moment. I'm thinking either a parasite or some kind of drugs.

Yes. Purely and simply because we already do. If you mean long-distance travel then right now no it is not possible. The problem is speed. We could not build a ship to sustain life and energy for the duration of the journey because the ship would take so long to get there.

When you walk in your room, it is already space travel!
So, yes!
In free space outside the earth it can be done as well.

we already have a form of space travel, if you mean like for commercial use, like booking a ticket around the moon as your holiday then absolutly. if you mean going to mars for a couple of years then no no way!

No, it is impossible. A trip will be too long for the human, medicine is not ready yet and batteries are still a big issue; and paying 2.13 a gallon of unleaded gas does not help...

Yes, man on the moon. Have you seen star-track, space balls, star wars, the Jet sons, etc.

Have you just thawed out from an ice burg or something? We went to the moon in the 60's.
