The only thing I'm aware of is a tech bulletin concerning 21" front wheels. Pretty sure it's only for the LC4's, except the 640.

It's TB 0628 and it involves installing clips on the spokes that keep broken spokes from flying around and breaking others.

In my recall list - KTM doesn't show any recalls for 2004. They had some in 2000, 01, 02 & 03.
Double check with an authorised KTM dealer. Or web search for their web site and contact them.
