You really want my details, OK you asked for it.I do not really give a crap what the situation is if you are a free agent on waivers or been released. If you once played for the Red Sox, you do not go and sign with the Yankees, that is purely ridiculous.Once again we see Damon for who he really is a punk and a sucker. He signed for all that freakin money, that's all its about for him.The Skankees can have him, granted signing Crisp did not really do us any good, but Damon is not a good offensive player, period. He has good stats at bat, but he sucks in the outfield.Oh well for him, he is sitting at home watching the Tigers play in the playoffs because they whooped the Yankmes ***.It don't matter what team you sign with loser you are not going to the WS this year.Jokes on you Damon!!!!!

Initial reaction, that the man who had been the face of the Red Sox since 2002, the man who broke the Yankees in game 7 in 2004, had signed with the evil empire? That I had witnessed the greatest act of betrayal in New England since Benedict Arnold signed with the Yankees, er the English, in 1778.

OK..so you know when you list your question as BoSox fans only that is a magnet for everyone else!

I was quite pleased when Damon was signed by the Yanks...so much I did a happy dance.

I felt that the Red Sox let it get too far without talking to him and thet he slipped away due to lack of communication.

I thought it was traitorous. Especially when earlier that year, he said he would never sign with them!
