Every state has it's own laws. In Illinois you must pass a road test and wriiten test which are different from the auto tests. I think most states have similar procedures. Check with your state's DMV.

To drive a motorcycle, you have to have a drivers license with a motorcycle endorsment. But, if you are talking about my Trek road bike, I don't need no stinking license to pedal thru this stinking town.

In Wisconsin, I had to get my driver's license first, then got a motorcycle endorsement with it. The motorcycle endorsement was a separate written and road test.

I believe it all depends on the state you live in. Contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles to find out what is needed in the state you live in.

NYS you have to have a operators lic and then you can get a motorcycle operators lic. To my knowelge NYS doesn't have a Bikers Lic.

depends on wat for if youre going to a bike from a car and if the bike is under 75 cc then no you dont but if the bike is over that then im afraid you do sorry
