Brown eyeliner would probably work better than green to bring out your eye color.
However, wearing the correct color shirt is more important.
Get a friend to help you. Gather about 10 different colored shirts or swatches of fabric. Hold them by your face one by one in a good light. When you find your colors, suddenly it will seem like a light just came on behind your eyes and all over your face.
After you figure out which colors are perfect for your complexion and your eye color, then start buying these colors in clothing all the time. Your eyes will look great and the extra perk is that all of your clothes in your closet will start to become 'mix and match.' Your wardrobe possibilities will triple because all of your clothes coordinate.

I would advise you use both. Try a light brown liner with a little bit of green eyeshadow. The brown will make the green in your eyes pop while the bit of green shadow will intenstify it. Hope it helps! Hmmm, now that I think about it, just for kicks, try a gray liner and see what happens. It will probaly benefit you just the same.

Actually it depends on what color your clothes are & what your skin complexion is. If u r liter skinned, and u r wearing darker colors.....a brownish black would work beautifully. Not jrt black, i think u may a little too fair-skined for that unless u just want that really dramatic eye look. (which in some cases would look really nice too) but just for everyday wear, a dark brown would be really nice. Maybe a mahogany brown with a soft eyeshadow. NO GREENS. That's so disco 70'ish (lol)

ir you wear brown on the top lid, then on the inside of your bottom lid put a white liner with a bit of brown under the bottom lid, towards the outside of your eye- this should make your eyes seem more awake and bright- try pencil though, this will create a softer effect for green/blue eyes

Brown would probably show off the green in your eyes better. Experiment by putting brown on one eye and green on the other!

brown should bring out the green in your eyes. My eyes change from brown to green all the time and whenever i have green eyes i almost always use brown it makes like a pop-out effect.

I think brown eye liner is best. My friend has extremely green eyes and she wears brown. Her eyes look really nice. She also told me about some new eye shadow made be Revlon, I think, that is made for green eyes. And no, just because I say her eyes look really nice doens't mean we're lesbos!

It really depends on your hair color. I have super green eyes and black hair. So i always wear black eyeliner on the top and my eyes look so green its awesome. if you have light brown or blonde hair i would recommend a dark brown or plum. If your have really dark hair black is the way to go!

I think it would be cute if you mixed the two colors. Put the green on first and mix some brown on top and a cute pattern will appear. I often mix my eyeliner colors and get great results. Hope this helps.
