Can you tell me how to check sites on a computer if the user has deleted the temporary history? I am not great on the computer so please be in deatil with directions.

Deleted files are not over written -- they just can't accessed. Usually deleted files are placed in the recyle bin, but temporary internet files are not. They are still on the disk though. If you buy a software package like Norton Disk Doctor (or many others) you can recover most deleted files until the space is reused and they are overwritten. Windows does not include this function on its own
