To cover their butts they said that no "radiation" escaped the testing site---which is obviously the case since the explosion wasn't nuclear.

Why would they conduct such a small test? A show of force would dictate that a larger test be used to show how bad-a-s-s they are to their enemies.

The smaller explosion here means 1) the nuke didn't work right, 2) it was a really small nuke, 3) it wasn't a nuke at all

A plutonium device should produce a yield in the range of the 20 KILOTONS, like the one we dropped on Nagasaki. No one has ever dudded their first test of a simple fission device.

South Korea estimates the yield at only 550 TONS, thats a far cry from 20 KILOTONS.

Once this is all provable (in about 72 hours) North Korea is going to be PUNKED OUT.

Oh they let off a nuclear device.

It's just going to be really convenient for Bush to pretend otherwise - good thing he has people like you already lined up to believe it huh?

Bush and the truth are not ussually things you hear together in the same sentence - Think of how much that little lie (it wasn't a nuke) would get Bush out of a tight situation.

Wow the guy goes from pretending Iraq has WMD to pretending Korea does not have them -

He is wow - what a guy

This is the most pathetic and stupid and dangerous argumant for disregarding the MONUMENTAL FAILURE that is Bush's arrogant and childish cowboy diplomacy.

Bush wasted Time, money and many many lives to go after a nation that bore the west NO threat, and ignored a genuine nutcase with nukes.

The explosion WAS nuclear. The UN and the IAEA would not be reacting the way they are if it was merely TNT!
