my visa card lost , buy someone buy amazon gift certificates with it?can the amazon refund my money?I lost 500$ !

Immediately inform your bank and put a freeze the card. Then put it away or something so you're not in the store buying something and look like you stole you're own visa.

If you have your receipt, your card information will be on that receipt and the return department should be able credit the refund on your account even if you don't have the card. Or you could ask the cashier (or the customer service person) to look up your account number. You will need your ID to gain access to this information.

if you contacted your bank, they will cancel the card and return your money. You should have done this immediately

contact Visa asap and report it stolen and that somebody has used it, they can compensate with the cover that they have
