it does not be properly well worth the time! I even have 2 babies, my oldest is 6 and mutually as there's a courtroom order for newborn help, I even have in no way gained something. the father does not see his babies, no calls, no cares. in my opinion, you would be dropping a while. whether this is a controversy of concept and not concerning the money, it would take lots out of you. First, you ought to locate him. Then, if he's not on your delivery certificates, you will possibly want a dna try (which would be gained with a subpoena) to tutor he's the father. Then, you ought to locate the right records on your states internet site (I googled it and found subpoenas, order to offer records, etc). Print and report records on the community courthouse, alongside with a submitting fee. And wait. then wait some extra, because it is not a short technique by making use of any skill. you ought to win a judgement in the top, yet remember, a judgement does not recommend you will definitely get any money. stable success!

I am sure that there are some places where you can go after him for that, but you have to ask the question... Why would you? The biggest victory you can have is to get on with your life, become a success and not become your father. Even better, you should send him card at Christmas, Fathers Day and pictures of your family (if and when you have one) so he can see what all he has missed out on.

Fine. Sue him. The lawyers will LOVE their huge cut into it.
Forgive your father. If you want to try and establish a relationship with him, fine. If you don't, then let the sleeping dog lie.
Move on, your best revenge will be his missing out on your marriage and the lives of his grandchildren.

Your mother has to do it. If it was court ordered, tell her to contact the attorney general in the state you were born in. My husband's father never paid child support and we contacted the attorney general and they told us his mother has to do it. They will garnish he wages and take any income tax untill he is caught up. There will also be arrearages which is the same thing as interest.

No, you cannot sue him for back child support - only your mother can do that. If she is unable to - she can attach his income tax returns or property he owns in order to collect moneys owed.
