hi, i m a specialist in ISO 9001:2000 and can satsify any needs pertaining to it, such as consulting and training and system development etc,, how do i start getting clients here, i m new to canada.

first, I would call 1-800-0-CANADA, they can send you in the right direction for any business licenses, etc. ( you can even ask them about grants) they are our goverment info line.
Next, you may want to try writing up some letters that introduce you, to companies that may need your services. You can also start by looking into others that do the same things you do and start working for them, until you have built up some clientelle.

Not sure about Canada but I thought the hottest areas for ISO these days are 20000 and 17799 which is the security standard - you may want to upgrade your skills
