Think about the worst supervisor you ever had, what made them a poor supervisor?

Egotistical, inflexible, rotten communication skills, not good at giving feedback or coaching, micromanager, overpaid, immature, loses temper quickly and frequently, inexperience and in over their head.
The best part about this former boss was they were half way across the country.

I am a nurse and I will never forget an incident that happened when I was working on a Medical-Surgical floor in a hospital. The Director of Nursing was walking down the hallway and a patient asked her for a glass of water. The Director of Nursing said to wait just a minute and she would get a nurse. The patients reply was, "What the hell are you if not a nurse"? That is my idea of a bad supervisor.
A good supervisor is one who is good at delegating work, but is willing to get out there and help those who work under him/her. Keeping his/her finger on what is going on in the work place. They would never ask somebody to a job that they wouldn't or couldn't do themselves and they pitch in when you get overly busy.

a poor supervisor is someone who is always yelling at the employee and calling that employee names like stupid. That employee is there to learn. If the employer is always calling that person stupid, then the employer should have never hired that person in the first place.

Favoritism.
A complete unwillingness to accept people as they were... only to try to mold them into what that supervisor thought was the ONLY right way to 'be'.

Unwillingness to help. Didn't know anything about my job, so could never help me with questions. Doesn't care about their job or the company. Bad motivational skills.

Does she experience harased? of course the implants weren't a secret, who replaced into broadcasting it? of course she had implants so as that they could be regarded. seems you have got started something out of no longer something.
