24 years old ttc for 4 years no luck. Periods have recently been what i consider irregular. Some months it comes 28 days and 25 and sometimes 31. Which makes it hard to determine when i ovulate. Any help would be appreciated.

Go on clomid to help you along. The Dr's can regulate your period and you can take clomid so that you know exactly when you ovulate

I don't think you should try clomid just yet. I would first start off by trying to chart your periods with the symptoms you have throughout the month. I would also try ovulation tests. I have irregular periods and it helps me figure out when I am going to be starting the purge stage. I sometimes, like this month, have to buy two packs since my periods are irregular and it clearly shows me that I am about to ovulate.

I have her that Robitussin works clear out cervical mucus. I have just started trying the Robitussin this month. I have attached a link that you should read if you want to try this method.

I would also go to your doctor and have you and your partner checked to make sure that you are able to have children, if the test comes back that you have PCOS or anything else then that is when I would use Clomid...

Clomid has some positive but also some negatives to it... My sister-in-law still had no luck with getting pregnant and being on clomid.

I would just try and research and talk with your doctor on options you should try.

How weird, I'm 23 and I have also been TTC for 4 years. I get my regular check ups and apparently everything is normal. I just recently made an appointment to see a specialist and look deeper into what the problem could be. Best of luck to you and lots of baby dust.

It still sounds like your periods are somewhat normal. The doctor will not put you on clomid because you are having your period EVERY month. Clomid is for women that do not have a period or miss a month all the time. Go and schedule a meeting with your doctor/obgyn to ask if they can run different test on you. HSG test to make sure your tubes are not blocked. You hormone levels and different things like that. I had all that done thinking i can not have anymore kids because something is wrong and come to find out i am healthy. It just takes a lot longer to land up pg when planning it. It will happen to you. Just get checked and make sure everything is functioning properly. In time it will happen continue to have faith and hope and most important trust in God...
