Ok so I have a wedding I am suppose to go to a wedding that will be outside. My original plan was to wear a skirt with a 3/4 shirt and peep toe shoes. Now I find out it is suppose to be 58 degrees...and I know to some that might not be cold but for me it is. What are some suggestions to what I could wear? If I wear closed toe shoes could I wear tights?

Thanks

Who ever is getting married outside in October is just dumb, sorry. When you have a wedding with people invited, you should probably think of making you're guests comfortable. Wow, that's crazy, Ok aside from my opinion on that, I'd wear a nice pair of dress pants with you'r shirt, instead of a skirt. Take a jacket along just in case.

Try a white peasant skirt (if u like that style. I think its great for weddings) with a pair of skin color tights underneath for the warmth. Wear close toed flats or a wedge heel shoe if u need a heel for a more glamourous look. Then wear a pastel top (if it were warmer i would suggest an off the shoulder top, but its chilly so maybe a 3/4 sleeve scoop neck shirt with a cute chain belt.

I think if you wore a fancy dress and brought a nice a cardigan or shawl, it would work. You could wear closed toe shoes (I've always loved pumps more than peep toe shoes) with natural skin-tone tights. Depending on the colour of your shoes, you can probably wear black or white tights, but I think a more neutral colour would make it seem more elegant. You could wear boots with your dress ;)

I think you should dress acoording to the weather. Yes, if you wear closed toe shoes by all means wear tights. You should try wearing dress clothes that will keep you warm.

Peace,

Hope

my suggestion is to wear your most "fall" outfit. since it's outside in the middle of october, they probably wanted to play off the fall colors. so go for warm colors like browns, reds, oranges - whatever looks best on you - and then make sure you're warm enough. you can definitely wear tights...some brown one's with a tan corderoy skirt would look really cute!
