THAT FAT PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN FIRE ESCAPE? I MEAN IF THERE'S A FIRE IN A BUILDING DO YOU WANT TO BE STUCK BEHIND SOME FATTY THAT CAN ONLY TAKE ONE STAIR AT A TIME AND GETS WINDED DOING SO AND GET TRAPPED BECAUSE FATTY CAN'T MOVE FAST ENOUGH?

Maybe if you would get your head out of your @ss you would see that everybody was made in Gods image. Just because you have a problem with overweight people doesn't mean everyone else does. Maybe YOU should take the elevator in case of fire.

The fire escapes are based on building codes as a "means of egress" here in the U.S. All I can suggest is that you try to get in front of the person who is heavy and ask if they need help getting down.

i think it would b nice if they did but u know that they r ppl 2 and if some1 done that 2 u i dont think u would like it so much. SOME ppl cant help what they r and i think w/ laws tryin 2 b pass w/ all this eat less and cant eat but 1 fried food a week kinda thing, the population will go down 4 fat ppl!!!

You know I can actually picture that! Which would be a very uncomfortable situation should it happen. My advice to you is to find another escape route. You know plan B. You should always have a plan B or as some people say an Ace in the hole. Think about it. It works for whatever situation that might arise.

They should put that fire escape right nest to the one for people who aren't smart enough to climb down a fire escape. You can use that one.
