There used to be in the early 70's now they have cool beds with ionized sand that is actually more dense that water, with a micro fiber sheet, urine goes through it into the sand clumps and falls to the bottom, feces drys and can be brushed off the top. It's called the Clinitron 2 bed

Probably not a real working toilet in them, but I did happen to catch a news special the other day about the Cholera outbreaks in Africa. They showed the hospital tent where they treat these people, and their hospital beds have a hole in the middle where their backside fits through so that the patients can just sh!t right in the bed, and it just hits the floor below them. Pretty gross thought, I'll take a catheter over that any day.

No. If you can't get out of bed they either put a catheter in your urethra or you get a bedpan.
