It took me and my boyfriend a few days off being a year. Just wanted to know how long it takes others.

When I was 34 it took about 4 months, when I was 37 it took 8 months. I gave up caffeine and alcohol. I asked my dr how long it should take and he said come back to see him if nothing had happened after about 8 months. Your age and general health can be a factor. Also you should know when your fertile periods are which may help: ovulation tests etc. Good luck.

I have been TTC for almost a year. Now started clomid as it turned out I wasn't ovulating. Keeping my fingers crossed I will have some good news soon.
Have 2 friends who both got pregnant first month trying so everyone is different.

1 Year and half
I had the depo shot and had side effects so it took longer. It put to much in my system. They dont tell you that it is possible to come infertile when they give that thing to you! Its going to end up like the patch and have a recall wait and see.

I stopped taking the birth control pill and was pregnant 2 months later.

I came off the pill in January this year and found out I was pregnant by the June, everyones body is differant.

it took us 9 years to get pregnant the first time and then it only happened because we ended up having fertility treament which thankfully worked and now we have two great children a girl aged6 and a little boy aged3

We decided we were ready 4 days after conception. So...it was a wonderful surprise to find out that obviously the Lord knew we were going to get ready!

I stopped taking the pill last December, and still TTC :( I'm so hoping I'll get pregnant this month, so I can tell everyone on Christmas! Congrats to you!
