One wristband in the Philippines?

I'm from the Philippines. I really want to have the ONE (www.one.org) wristband--that white wristband but I cannot purchase it on-line because I don't have credit card. Where can I possibly purchase one here in the Philippines?

must be a cultural thing or the norm for the wristband.. have no idea where you can purchase one either.
