Most humans usually do not need help when dealing with Love as an emotion. I say this from personal experience and the communication of those I trust who also tell me that they have felt Love.
This is just as true for those in a "one way" relationship as for those in a permanent reciprocating relationship.
Both Limerence and Romance also seem to be Love. Romance is often returned but it will fade in time. Love does not.
If you always feel better when you believe that the other "Loves" you and worse when you believe that the other has no interest in you at all, then the relationship is probably based upon Limerence, not Love.

Mate - the way you've phrased your question is just far too nerve-wrecking at this time of the day.
Maybe a good pre-requisite is to firstly learn how speak proper English and then attempt the big English words - like LOVE!
