The best way to know the concentration of [H+] is from the pH of a solution.

If you measure the pH of a given solution, concentration of H+ is calculated applying the definition:

pH = - log [H+] (logarithm in base 10)

so, [H+] = 10^-pH

For example, if pH= 4.6 then the [H+] = 10^-4.6 = 2.5 x 10^-5 mol/L

electron=1

when converted into ion it lose one electron but remains positively charge.number of proton and electon are the same in the periodic table.
